Eine Mehlschwitze mit dem Schneebesen in die Fleischbr\u00fche einr\u00fchren bis sie sch\u00f6n &#8222;s\u00e4mig&#8220; ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Petersilie waschen, putzen, klein hacken und in die Sauce geben. 10 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Geschmack 1 bis 2 verquirlte Eier zugeben und aufkochen lassen.
