Zwiebel abziehen, fein w\u00fcrfeln und in 1 EL Butter goldgelb d\u00fcnsten. Kerbel und Br\u00fche dazu geben, aufkochen lassen, p\u00fcrieren, die Sahne bis auf 3 EL dazu geben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat und Zitronensaft abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Toastbrot w\u00fcrfeln. Ei mit der restlichen Sahne und K\u00e4se verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Brotw\u00fcrfel in der Eiersahne wenden und in der restlichen Butter rundum goldbraun anbraten.
