Anschlie\u00dfend mit Pfeffer, Salz und Muskatnuss w\u00fcrzen. Die Auflaufform (ca 20cm Durchmesser) mit Butter und gepresstem Knoblauch einschmieren. Die Kartoffelscheiben in ca 2 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden und dachziegelf\u00f6rmig im Kreis anordnen(nur eine Lage!!!). Anschlie\u00dfend die Kartoffeln ganz mit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit bedecken.
