Das Mischen funktioniert in der neuen Kenwood noch nicht gut: Knethaken auf kleinster Stufe, unten in der Sch\u00fcssel bleibt Mehl h\u00e4ngen. Von Hand abgeschabt und vermischt. Beim Kneten an sich bildet sich eine Art Teigwanne am Sch\u00fcsselrand und der Knethaken bewegt nicht mehr wirklich Teig. Das Kneten vom Br\u00f6tchenteig am Vortag (Dinkel) ging dagegen super.
