Wenn der Teig beim Ausrollen oder Kneten zu br\u00fcchig wird, einfach die H\u00e4nde mit kaltem Wasser oder Eis k\u00fchlen. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie einwickeln und ca 30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen. Den Teig d\u00fcnn ausrollen und die Butterpl\u00e4tzchen in gew\u00fcnschten Formen ausstechen. Die Pl\u00e4tzchen bei 180 Grad ca 10 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>Immer zwei Pl\u00e4tzchen mit Marmelade oder Gelee zusammenkleben und mit Puderzucker best\u00e4uben.
