Aus dem Teig in einer kleinen beschichteten Pfanne im hei\u00dfen Butterschmalz 18 hauchd\u00fcnne Pfannkuchen (Durchmesser 10 cm) backen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Schnittlauch im B\u00fcndel in der unpassierten Br\u00fche (oder hei\u00dfem Wasser) blanchieren und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Je 1 El Farce in die Mitte eines Pfannkuchen setzen. Den Pfannkuchen \u00fcber der F\u00fcllung zum S\u00e4ckchen hochziehen und mit einem Schnittlauchhalm zubinden.
